Orders
How do I order?
Orders are placed on my website. I restock on certain dates and times, which I always publish at the top of my website home page, this is so I don't get overbooked.
How long will my order take?
I take orders in monthly blocks, if you book to have your keepsake made in June for example, it will be made and shipped in June.
Do I need to pay in full when I order?
No!
When you order i only require a deposit of 25%, the remaining balance will be due on the date set at checkout.
For example, Order for a keepsake to be made in October, I will require the balance to be paid in September.
Can I collect in person?
Yes!
At checkout, you can choose to have your order shipped (UK only, incl. NI) or collected in person.
Clothing
How many items of clothing do I need to provide?
Each product description includes my recommended minimum number of items. This is not set in stone, and you can include more if you like.
What items can you use?
I can use most items to make keepsakes; the only items I find difficult to use and try to avoid are heavy denim, silky items, hand knitted items.
I will NOT use: underwear, real fur and leather.
Do you return my offcuts/leftovers?
Yes!
If you require the offcuts or leftovers back please make sure you select it when ordering or add it as a comment.
When do I need to send my clothes?
I don't require the clothes until the month before you have booked in your order to be made.
I will send an email with all the details of where to send them or a link to book a drop-off appointment (if you are local).
